SEM OPPIDEA continues its collaboration with NACARAT for Phase 3 of the Cartoucherie eco-district.

Our agency has been supporting SEM Oppidea and Europolia as color consultants for several new neighborhoods in Toulouse since 2011.

After initiating and leading the urban aesthetic quality mission for the operations in the new Borderouge Place Nord district for several years, NACARAT brought its expert vision and methods to the Cartoucherie neighborhood for phases 1 and 2. This work helped define a strong identity, in dialogue with Toulouse’s chromatic and material DNA, enhancing the attractiveness of this evolving area and securing the support of its residents.

Launched last June, Phase 3 of the Cartoucherie eco-district development is an ambitious project led by the architectural firm LAMBERT LÉNACK, including the construction of 937 housing units, a park, public facilities, and a fourth multi-level parking structure. NACARAT is combining its expertise with that of the project management team for this new phase that will complete this vast undertaking.
